RETURNS POLICY – CHANGE OF MIND
At Thorn & Feather Canada's Sex Toy, we want you to experiment and have fun. Part of our mandate is to help you make an informed decision before you buy by providing great product descriptions, features and photos.
It's OK to change your mind! If you're not satisfied with your Thorn & Feather purchase you can return new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please note that the $10 restocking fee and the shipping fee of your order ($9.9 for a free shipping order) is non-refundable.
Please note this plan only applies to applicable products that retail between $0 - $499 Only.
If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item. Just follow the instructions below.
RETURNS POLICY – OPENED PRODUCTS
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products.
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. However, please be advised that due to health and safety reasons, once an item has been opened or used, we are unable to process a refund unless there are demonstrable quality issues.
This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and product integrity, as we will not re-sell any opened or used products. If there is a quality problem, we require that you provide detailed information about the issue, and we reserve the right to verify the claim. If verified, we will be more than happy to help rectify the situation, which may include issuing a refund. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy as we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our customers.
RETURNS POLICY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Upon receiving your product if it is defective then we are here to help! If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it with the same item or refund it if out of stock.
Please state the following information, your order confirmation number, the name of the defective product, the description of the problem, and photos or videos of the product showing the issue and email it to us at email@example.com to start a return. A member of our team will then respond to your email with a solution within 48 hours.
If you are eligible for a warranty claim, you are responsible for paying the shipping fees to return the product to our warehouse.
Please note that items returned without original packaging will NOT be accepted. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
