Our Black Friday Price Protection ensures that when you shop early at thornandfeather.ca, you are fully protected from any future price drops on our own website during our Black Friday promotion period.
If you purchase an item during the Early Access Sale or the Black Friday Sale, and we reduce the price of the same item later within the promotion period, we will refund you the difference.
This protection applies exclusively to price changes on thornandfeather.ca.

If we lower the price of the exact same item (same model, color, and variant) within the Black Friday promotion period. Contact our support team with your order number.

- The lower price must occur within the Early Access Sale or Black Friday Sale dates.
- Applies only to the same item and variant (same model, size, color, and configuration).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Does not apply to pricing errors, limited-time lightning deals outside the listed dates, or out-of-stock items.
