Power On
Press and hold the power button (middle button) for three seconds to turn on your massager. The LED will turn on for 3 seconds and then turn off–the massager will begin to vibrate in the constant vibration mode at medium speed.

Changing Modes / Speeds
Press the power button to cycle through the 5 vibration modes. The LED will turn on for 3 seconds, slightly mimic the current vibration mode, and then the LED will turn off.
Press “+” button to increase the power on each mode. The LED will get slightly brighter, and will turn off after three seconds.
Press “-” button to decrease the power on each mode. The LED will get slightly dimmer, and will turn off after three seconds.

Power Off
Press and hold the power button (middle button) for three seconds to turn off your massager.

Travel Lock
Lock: Press the power button & "+" button at the same time for 3 seconds. After 3 seconds release the buttons and the massager will be locked. The LED will flash rapidly when a button is pressed to indicate the massager is locked.

Unlock: Press the power button & "+" button at the same time for 3 seconds. When released the massager will begin to vibrate. Press and hold the power button for 2+ seconds to turn off.

Note: When first received the Form 2 Pro should be unlocked, but if you see a flashing light when a button is pressed, follow the steps above to unlock the device.

Spray Jimmyjane Antibacterial Cleaner on the massager before use. Wipe with a clean, dry cloth and let it air dry. Repeat after use and store in a cool, dry place.
