📦 Shipping Information

Shipping Within Canada:

  • Orders over $69 CAD: Enjoy free shipping.
  • Orders under $69 CAD: Shipping costs are calculated based on total order weight and will be shown at checkout.

We partner with multiple courier services, including Stallion Express, UPS and Canada Post, to ensure fast and reliable door-to-door delivery.

Shipping to the United States:

We ship via Canada Post / USPS international service.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight and quantity.
    All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all import duties and taxes are already included in your total at checkout.
    📦 You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

📧 Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number to follow your shipment’s progress.

⏰ Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Customized items (such as Liberator and Roomfun) may take longer.

🔍 How to Track Your Order

📭 What if I'm Not Home at Delivery?

If no one is home during delivery, a notice card will be left with pickup details or instructions to reschedule delivery.

⏳ My Tracking Number Isn’t Working

Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent. Please check again shortly.

📦 Missing Items?

Items may ship in separate packages if they are from different warehouses or exceed packaging limits. Some products, such as Liberator items, may ship directly from the vendor. We’ll notify you by email if any item is out of stock.

🚚 Failed Delivery Attempts

If your package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to confirm your address and arrange redelivery.

  • First redelivery: A $12 CAD reshipping fee applies.
  • If redelivery fails again, the order will be canceled. A refund will be issued minus the second shipping cost and a $10 CAD restocking fee.
