Warranty & Support
We provide a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on eligible products, starting from the original purchase date. Contact Thorn & Feather directly for claims during the first year. Our store warranty makes after-sales support easier and does not shorten or replace your manufacturer’s warranty. Any remaining manufacturer coverage continues under the brand’s terms and claim process.
In accordance with WOW Tech’s requirements, warranty claims for We-Vibe, Womanizer, Arcwave and ROMP are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please contact the respective brand for assistance. If you experience any difficulties with your warranty claim, contact us—we’ll communicate with the brand on your behalf.
For full coverage details, exclusions and claim instructions, please see our Warranty Policy.
Enjoy a silky, long-lasting glide with MOJO Peruvian Ginseng Silicone Performance Glide. This silicone-based personal lubricant is blended with Peruvian Ginseng (Maca) root extract and helps reduce friction during intimate moments.
Its smooth texture provides lasting lubrication for a comfortable glide. Apply a small amount to the desired area and reapply as needed.
Follow the directions on the product packaging. Before using with a toy, check the toy manufacturer’s lubricant compatibility instructions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
