We provide a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on eligible products, starting from the original purchase date. Contact Thorn & Feather directly for claims during the first year. Our store warranty makes after-sales support easier and does not shorten or replace your manufacturer’s warranty. Any remaining manufacturer coverage continues under the brand’s terms and claim process.
In accordance with WOW Tech’s requirements, warranty claims for We-Vibe, Womanizer, Arcwave and ROMP are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please contact the respective brand for assistance. If you experience any difficulties with your warranty claim, contact us—we’ll communicate with the brand on your behalf.
For full coverage details, exclusions and claim instructions, please see our Warranty Policy.
Great for a solo session, or to add something extra to playtime with a partner, the Mood Pleaser masturbators are soft, stretchy strokers with four distinct internal textures. These ultra-unique masturbators from Doc Johnson are must-haves—they perfectly combine modern aesthetics with pleasurable functionality. Finger grips on the side of the sleeve make control easy, even with lube, and while these colorful strokers share the same external shape, the internal textures vary radically. This Mood Pleaser (Massage Beads) is Frost-colored with plush internal massage beads. The Mood Pleaser masturbators are 4.6” inches long, with a good bit of stretch to accommodate yet fit snugly. You won’t believe how much the soft internal textures will enhance your playtime.
