"I had to hunt for advice getting this to seal. Key points are trim pubic hair, adjust angle down, use water based gel, dip in water, and a very slight twist motion to seal. In general, I wish there was clearer technique information. Otherwise it all gets frustrating. I can’t see how this will work with a penis tension ring for ED, because the lip of the sleeve is quite bulky."
