It's easy to use, first apply a water-based lube to the stimulation head as well as yourself. Hold the plus button for two seconds to turn on and position on the designated area. Briefly press the function button to cycle through the different intensity levels and enjoy experimenting with what feels good for you. Hold the negative button for two seconds to power off.
