Warranty & Support
We provide a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on eligible products, starting from the original purchase date. Contact Thorn & Feather directly for claims during the first year. Our store warranty makes after-sales support easier and does not shorten or replace your manufacturer’s warranty. Any remaining manufacturer coverage continues under the brand’s terms and claim process.
In accordance with WOW Tech’s requirements, warranty claims for We-Vibe, Womanizer, Arcwave and ROMP are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please contact the respective brand for assistance. If you experience any difficulties with your warranty claim, contact us—we’ll communicate with the brand on your behalf.
For full coverage details, exclusions and claim instructions, please see our Warranty Policy.
This instrument of pleasure and pain will be a friend and foe to your masochist's backside. Can you match the exquisite color? This rigid, red square paddle is an elegant addition to your boudoir arsenal, putting the power of punishment into your hands. Bound in soft, smooth vegan leather that soothes with every caress, it also serves to slap and smack with just enough intensity to make the mercury rise in your bedroom scene.
