Warranty & Support
We provide a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on eligible products, starting from the original purchase date. Contact Thorn & Feather directly for claims during the first year. Our store warranty makes after-sales support easier and does not shorten or replace your manufacturer’s warranty. Any remaining manufacturer coverage continues under the brand’s terms and claim process.
In accordance with WOW Tech’s requirements, warranty claims for We-Vibe, Womanizer, Arcwave and ROMP are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please contact the respective brand for assistance. If you experience any difficulties with your warranty claim, contact us—we’ll communicate with the brand on your behalf.
For full coverage details, exclusions and claim instructions, please see our Warranty Policy.
JO Premium is a luxuriously smooth silicone lubricant made for deep, long-lasting glide and intimate ease. Its rich, soft texture cushions every movement and enhances full-body contact, allowing you to stay focused on the moment without reapplying.
Water-resistant and designed to perform in the shower, bath, or jacuzzi, this clean formula is made without siloxanes, preservatives, parabens, or propylene glycol. It is compatible with all condom types and safe for use with non-silicone toys.
Because when the moment stretches on, JO never lets you down.
- Match the Moment to the Size - Keep the 1 oz in your bag, the 2 oz in your nightstand, the 4 oz by your bed, the 8 oz in easy reach for frequent fun, and the 16 oz wherever the magic really happens. Different sizes = different vibes.
- Take It to the Shower - JO Premium is water-resistant, so it won’t wash away in the shower, bath, or jacuzzi. It’s your go-to for wet-and-wild moments that water-based lubes can’t handle.
- Worth Every Drop - Silicone lubes last longer and JO Premium goes the distance. You only need a little, which means one bottle outlasts water-based formulas by far. Premium glide, longer sessions, and better value? That’s JO math.
- Great for Longer Sessions - This is your extended-play MVP. Perfect for long, slow, sensual encounters where stopping to reapply just isn’t in the mood.
- Clean-Up Is Simple: Silicone lubes aren’t water-soluble, so while JO Premium won’t rinse off like water-based, it’s easy to remove with a little soap and warm water. Aftercare counts and JO makes it smooth from start to finish.
- Use With Non-Silicone Toys Only - To protect your favorite toys, stick with materials like glass, metal, ABS plastic, or rubber. Silicone toys + silicone lube = not a match.
