Q: Why won’t my Tango X switch on?
A: There are two possibilities here. Your Tango X may be out of battery, in which case, connect its cable and plug it into a power source. It also is possible you still have the travel lock on. Hold down both the + and – buttons for 3 seconds to deactivate the travel lock.
Q: How do I connect Tango X with the We-Vibe App?
A: Tango X does not have a Bluetooth function and therefore is not compatible with the We-Vibe App.

A: Turn Tango X on with the + button and off with the – button. Press the ~ button to switch between 7 vibration patterns. Use the + and – buttons to increase or decrease vibration intensity.
