It’s easy to use, first apply a water-based lube to the stimulation head and to yourself. Hold the plus button for two seconds to turn on and position on the designated area. Increase the speed with the plus button and decrease the speed with the negative button to cycle through intensity levels. Experiment with that feels good for you. Hold the negative button for two seconds to power off.
Remember to clean with a toy cleaner before and after use.
