Our store warranty makes after-sales support easier and does not shorten or replace your manufacturer’s warranty. Any remaining manufacturer coverage continues under the brand’s terms and claim process.
In accordance with WOW Tech’s requirements, warranty claims for We-Vibe, Womanizer, Arcwave and ROMP are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please contact the respective brand for assistance. If you experience any difficulties with your warranty claim, contact us—we’ll communicate with the brand on your behalf.
