A: If your Nova 2 will not recharge, try these steps:
Make sure the USB cable is correctly connected to a functioning power source and the charging base of the Nova 2 device.
Ensure the charging contacts on the cable and your Nova 2 are clean: wipe with a little rubbing alcohol to remove dirt.
Switch out your power adapter. Any USB power adapter may be used with Nova 2, so try a different USB cable.
