A: There are two main reasons that Touch X will not turn on. In the case of an empty battery, Touch X requires recharging using the cable provided. If Touch X is not low on battery, the problem may be that you have the travel lock activated. To disable the travel lock, simply hold the + and – buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
Q: How do I use the buttons on Touch X?
A: Turn Touch X on with the + button and off with the – button. The + and – keys also increase or decrease the strength of the vibrations. Use the ~ button to choose which of the 7 vibration patterns is right for you.
Q: Why is my Touch X blinking?
A: If the light is blinking, Touch X is letting you know that its battery is low. Simply plug Touch X into a power source using the cable provided to recharge the battery.
